Organizations Act (CROA) and all applicable consumer protection laws. Our fees are strictly for educational,
advisory, and consultative support. Credit restoration, where applicable, is provided free of charge as part of
the consultative relationship and not billed as a separate service.

results depend on a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: - Accuracy and completeness of the
client’s credit data - Response behavior of credit bureaus and creditors - Existing debt and payment history -
Legal obligations, judgments, or bankruptcies - Timely cooperation and document submission by the client -
Changes in credit reporting laws or policies - Platform or data reporting errors beyond our control
Services rendered are not outcome-based, and purchasing any of our consulting or educational services
does not constitute a guarantee of credit improvement or financial success. We expressly disclaim any
implied or expressed promises related to the deletion or correction of any account or record.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ifixcred LLC and its affiliates, agents, contractors, or
representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential
damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our website, services, content, or
communication platforms (including WhatsApp, SMS, or email), even if Ifixcred LLC has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.

By enrolling in our services, you expressly authorize Ifixcred LLC and its agents to act on your behalf when
communicating with credit bureaus, creditors, and financial institutions. This includes, but is not limited to: -
Submitting disputes under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) - Requesting validation or investigation of
information - Filing complaints or affidavits related to identity theft - Acting as your representative to
address inaccurate or unfamiliar information. You also agree that in cases where unfamiliar names, numbers, or accounts are present in your credit report, they may be reasonably assumed to be the result of identity theft. In such cases, you grant Ifixcred LLC full authorization to file disputes, submit affidavits, or initiate identity theft claims in your name if deemed appropriate and in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Al inscribirte en nuestros servicios, autorizas expresamente a Ifixcred LLC y sus representantes a actuar en
tu nombre ante burós de crédito, acreedores e instituciones financieras. Esto incluye: - Presentar disputas

plena autorización a Ifixcred LLC para presentar disputas o reclamaciones de robo de identidad en tu

6. MONTHLY SERVICE PLAN COMMITMENT / PLAN DE SERVICIO MENSUAL
Clients enrolled in monthly service plans agree to maintain their subscription active for a minimum of 12
months, as the service is designed to provide ongoing support, guidance, and monitoring over a sustained
period. Early termination does not cancel financial obligations or entitle the client to refunds.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to: - Maintain an active subscription with MyScoreIQ or equivalent
monitoring tool - Keep reports up to date and accessible to Ifixcred LLC - Ensure successful payment of the
monthly fee
If the client cancels MyScoreIQ or stops payment, the process will be delayed, paused indefinitely, or
permanently discontinued at the discretion of Ifixcred LLC without refund or liability.
Los clientes inscritos en planes mensuales aceptan mantener su suscripción activa por un período mínimo
de 12 meses, ya que el servicio está diseñado para ofrecer acompañamiento y seguimiento continuo. La
cancelación anticipada no exime al cliente del pago ni genera derecho a reembolso.
Es responsabilidad exclusiva del cliente: - Mantener una suscripción activa con MyScoreIQ u otra

Si el cliente cancela MyScoreIQ o interrumpe el pago mensual, el proceso se pausará o terminará de forma
indefinida o permanente, sin derecho a reembolso y bajo criterio exclusivo de Ifixcred LLC.

7. REFUND POLICY / POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO
Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@ifixcred.com within 15 calendar days from the date
of the first payment. After this period, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including
dissatisfaction, non-use of service, or change of personal or financial circumstances. This policy is in
compliance with consumer protection regulations and serves to ensure the integrity and planning of our
service processes.

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the client without first contacting and attempting to resolve
the issue directly with Ifixcred LLC shall be grounds for immediate termination of service, loss of access, and
cancellation of all processes, without refund. If a balance remains due after a chargeback, the client agrees
that the balance may be collected or sold to a third-party collection agency.
Las solicitudes de reembolso deben enviarse por correo electrónico a info@ifixcred.com dentro de un
plazo de 15 días naturales desde la fecha del primer pago. Pasado este plazo, no se otorgará ningún
reembolso bajo ninguna circunstancia, incluyendo insatisfacción, falta de uso del servicio o cambios
personales o financieros.
Cualquier intento de reverso de pago o disputa (chargeback) iniciado por el cliente sin intentar resolver
primero el conflicto directamente con Ifixcred LLC, será motivo de cancelación inmediata del servicio y
procesos relacionados, sin derecho a reembolso. Si queda un saldo pendiente tras un chargeback, el cliente
acepta que dicho saldo podrá ser cobrado o vendido a una agencia de cobranza externa.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE / TERMINACIÓN DEL SERVICIO
Ifixcred LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any service at its sole discretion and at any
time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including: - Violation of these terms - Abusive behavior
toward staff - Chargebacks or disputes - Fraud or misconduct
No refunds shall be granted for terminated services. The client agrees that any unpaid balance at the time
of termination is immediately due and collectible.

y en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso, por cualquier motivo, incluyendo: - Incumplimiento de

By communicating with Ifixcred LLC via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other platforms, you agree to comply with
the policies and usage rules set forth by each respective service provider. Ifixcred LLC is not responsible for
technical limitations, suspension of messaging capabilities, or account restrictions imposed by Meta,
WhatsApp, carriers, or third-party tools.
Al comunicarte con Ifixcred LLC mediante WhatsApp, SMS, correo electrónico u otras plataformas, aceptas
cumplir con las políticas y normas de uso establecidas por cada proveedor correspondiente. Ifixcred LLC no
se hace responsable por limitaciones técnicas, suspensión de funciones de mensajería o restricciones de

the website, services, or communication channels following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the
